Thanks for stopping by Rydexion. We know you’re itching to get your new gear out on the open road, so we make it our mission to ship your orders as fast as we humanly can. Here’s the lowdown on how we handle shipping across the United States.

Where We Ship

For now, we’re keeping things local. We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United States. We don’t offer international shipping just yet, as we want to make sure our domestic riders get the absolute best service possible.

Getting Your Order Ready (Handling Time)

Every piece of gear is checked and packed with care before it leaves us.

• Our turnaround: We usually need 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to get your package out the door.
• The Daily Cut-off: Make sure to get your order in by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST
  • If you beat the clock, we’ll start working on it that same day.
  • If you miss it, or if it's the weekend/a holiday, we’ll jump on it the very next business day.

Shipping Costs & Wait Times We like to keep shipping simple. Here are your options:

Quick heads-up: "Total time" means our 1-2 day handling plus the transit time listed above. We do our best to meet these windows, but sometimes the mail carriers have their own plans.

No Tax Surprises

Nobody likes extra fees at checkout. At Rydexion, we’ve decided to keep things Tax-Free for all our customers. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you’ll pay not a penny more.

Keeping Tabs on Your Gear

As soon as your package whether it’s those stiff carbon shoes or a new helmet is picked up by the carrier, we’ll shoot you an email. It’ll have your tracking number so you can watch its journey right to your porch.

A Note on Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before you hit buy. We can’t be responsible if a package goes missing because of a typo in the address. If a box comes back to us because the address was wrong, we’ll have to charge a small fee to ship it out a second time.
