How to Request a Cancellation: To cancel your order, please email our support team immediately at help@rydexion.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]". Please include your full name and order details in the email body.

Orders Requesting Cancellation After 24 Hours (or After Dispatch): If more than 24 hours have passed or if your order has already been processed/shipped before your cancellation email is received, we will be unable to halt the shipment. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive and initiate a return through our Return Portal in accordance with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.
