Warranty Policy

At Rydexion, we take pride in the integrity of our gear. Because we focus on "clean" products that prioritize function and craftsmanship over brand logos, we stand behind every item we sell with a dedicated Limited Warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

Rydexion warrants all new products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This coverage includes:

  • Structural Integrity: Defects in the manufacturing of TIG-welded aluminum racks, kickstands, and pedal systems.

  • Material Failures: Issues with moisture-wicking technical fabrics, TR90 frames, or carbon-stiff outsoles that occur under standard riding conditions.

  • Safety Components: Manufacturing flaws in aerodynamic helmets or UV400 protective lenses.

2. What is Not Covered?

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation of tires, brake pads, or the natural fading of performance jerseys over time.

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by crashes, falls, or collisions.

  • Improper Installation: Issues resulting from incorrectly installed heavy-duty rear racks or cleats.

  • Misuse: Damage from using gear outside of its intended purpose or exceeding weight limits on cargo accessories.

3. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your Rydexion gear is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email help@rydexion.com with your order number.

  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos showing the suspected defect.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.

4. Remedy

If a defect is confirmed, Rydexion will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge.

  • Replace the product with a new unit of the same model.

  • Issue a store credit or refund if the product is no longer available.

5. Limitation of Damages

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydexion is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
